What is sent, and what never leaves
After you link, each session you save sends these numbers to your practice:
- the date and time of the session, how many repetitions, how long it took and how many exercises;
- the pain score you gave (or that you skipped it), which side you worked, and the peak bend for each side;
- how clearly the camera saw the joint, how the bend was measured, and the version of the pose model.
Your two-week check-in score is sent too, and anything you choose to report with “Tell my practice something’s wrong”.
Never sent: the camera picture or video (it is never recorded), your name, your location, your notes, or anything from before you link.
Your practice reads what is sent during office hours. It is not watched live and it is not an emergency line: for chest pain, trouble breathing or a fall, call 911.

Sessions you save are sent to your practice. You can stop at any time; what is already on this phone stays on it.
No practice link on this phone
Linking is open only when a practice has set it up with you. Until then your sessions, check-ins and readings stay in this browser. Start a session or see how your data is kept.
